Returns Policy

What You Can EXCHANGE or RETURN

ROMWEAR wants you to love what you have ordered. If you are dissatisfied with the fit, quality, or size of any item purchased from the ROMWEAR web store, let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

We unconditionally guarantee all products we manufacture and sell in our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days. We will gladly exchange it for another of the same, or give you store credit.

We also guarantee our craftsmanship for 90 days from date of delivery. Should an item become un-wearable or defective within this time, we will exchange it for the same item.

Please note the following limitations:    

  • You can choose between store credit or exchange for the same item.
  • Items must be returned in good or perfect condition to qualify (unless defective).
  • Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

Boot Exchanges

For all boot orders, it is critical that you measure your feet by following our online sizing instructions precisely. If your boots don't fit on arrive, you must re-measure your feet and contact us with the new measurements (in CM). At this point one of two things will happen.

  • If your new measurements are only off by only 1/2 cm, we will re-make them for you, and just ask that you pay for return postage (In the U.S., around $8 via USPS insured. Contact us for International orders). Or ...
  • If your new measurements are more than 1/2 cm off, we will re-make them for you, however we will require that you pay for return postage, as well as the cost of having your replacements sent to you (we'll tell you the exact cost, which is usually around $24).

Boots with CUSTOM materials may incur an additional materials surcharge.

How to EXCHANGE or RETURN

If you would like to exchange or return an item for any reason, please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we will get back to you with how to proceed.

You are responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages. To return your item, mail it to:

Please WRITE YOUR ORDER # ON THE PACKAGE.
Within a few weeks, your return will be processed, and one of two things will happen:

  • We will promptly ship you a replacement item, or ...
  • We will email you a coupon code for store credit, and you can place your new order online anytime.
